TrueVow is a 30-day habit challenge app designed to help you build and maintain positive habits. You must be at least 13 years old to use TrueVow.
You agree to use TrueVow only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
TrueVow offers a one-time challenge purchase. Pricing depends on availability of Founding Member spots ($99) or Standard pricing ($149). All purchases are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play.
Free Next Challenge Reward: If you complete a 30-day challenge with 80% or greater consistency (24 of 30 days), you earn a free pass for your next challenge. This pass is applied automatically at the Day 7 payment gate for your next challenge. The free pass has no cash value and is non-transferable. Refunds of monetary payments are handled in accordance with the App Store or Google Play refund policies.
You may invite accountability partners by providing their email addresses. By doing so, you represent that you have their consent to share their contact information with us for this purpose.
You retain ownership of content you create in the app (such as your habit name and notes). By using TrueVow, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content solely to provide the service to you.
TrueVow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using TrueVow will result in the formation of any specific habit or behavior change. Results vary by individual.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueVow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using TrueVow and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of TrueVow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
